Owning Wedge & Cured has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As the owner, I get to immerse myself in my passion for artisanal cheeses and cured meats by designing visually striking charcuterie boards. For me, crafting these boards is a true art form. I carefully select a wide variety of cheeses, from tangy cheddars to rich bries, and pair them with masterfully cured meats such as silky prosciutto and flavorful salami. The magic lies in arranging these elements with fruits, nuts, and spreads, creating a feast that's both a delight to the eyes and the palate. The real fulfillment comes from witnessing the joy on my customers' faces as they gather to enjoy the rich flavors and textures of the boards, making every moment of this venture worthwhile.
