Deposit & Rules
- $25% NON-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining payment is due 48 hrs prior to picnic start time
- We will add a $80 security deposit to your reservation that is returned to you in full the same day after the event is over in case there's no damaged/broken equipment.
- We do NOT serve alcohol and will not be held responsible for guests bringing alcohol to the event.
- For 2-10 guests, one FREE reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before picnic start time. For larger parties, a reschedule fee of $200 will be applied if notified less than 7 days in advance. If notified 7+ days in advance, one free reschedule is available.
- There's no reschedule fee due to poor weather conditions such as rain or stormy wind. We will contact you to discuss weather conditions and decide whether or not you'd like to reschedule.
- If you need to cancel but haven't paid the remaining balance yet, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be kept by the vendor (please see pt. 1). If the remaining balance is paid and we receive the cancellation request more than 72 hrs prior to picnic start time, we will refund the remaining balance in full. If the remaining balance is paid and we receive the cancellation request less than 72 hrs prior to picnic start time, we will refund 50% of the remaining balance.
